Don Marshall

Don has been a certified ICBC air brake instructor since 2008, and has been an ICBC Certified Assessment Officer since 2010.  Don has instructed courses all over Vancouver Island, Gulf Islands, Sunshine Coast as well several departments in the Caribou region. Don's background includes over 10 years experience as a volunteer firefighter, with several years as an officer and department driving instructor. Don's previous experience as a class 5 driving instructor also helps to bring a strong "safety related" approach to his instruction techniques.

Florian Prenz

Florian started driver training in the Fire Service in 2015 and has been a certified ICBC Air Brake Instructor since 2018 as well as an ICBC Certified Assessment Officer since 2020. Florian also has over 11 years experience in the fire service including 4 years experience as a Captain and "in-house" driving instructor with the Maple Bay Fire Department. Florian's other accomplishments in the fire service include;
* Incident Safety Officer 
* Team Leader in 2018
* Emergency Scene Traffic Control Instructor 

* Full Service Firefighter
